National Day of Prayer – Thursday, May 6, 2010.
12 Noon

First UCC - Reed & Washington Sts, Reading, PA
Service will be held outside (weather permitting)

Reading Berks Conference of Churches invites you to join us at this service celebrating the 59th Annual National Day of Prayer. The theme for this
year is “Prayer! For Such a Time as This”.  Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend.

The program will include participatory singing led by Rock Solid, Calvary UMC, Mohnton, and scripture and prayer offered for seven areas: Government, Business, Education, Family, Church, Entertainment & Media. Clergy and community leaders from all over the county will participate.

Additionally, RBCC is encouraging all of Berks County to make this a DAY of prayer. Following is a proposed schedule for the day. As we become aware of churches and groups who will be praying as part of National Day of Prayer, we will add them. If you, as pastor of a church or leader of a small group, would like to be added to those participating, please contact us at info@readingberkschurches.org. We will update this list as we are able.
