The idea for this class is to teach the very basics of computer navigation. It will include navigating the desktop, standard programs within the desktop (Microsoft Word, Internet, etc.) as well as navigating the internet and the programs themselves. While included in the basics of navigating a computer and the internet will be extremely basic security knowledge. Such as how to spot a scam, knowing when to NOT click that link and general things to spot and recognize to ensure safety and security when using the internet and your (or a public) computer. Each class will progress in a linear fashion, so going to numerous classes will be very helpful.
