Director of Children & Youth Faith Formation

St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sinking Spring, PA is seeking qualified candidates for the Director of Children and Youth Faith Formation. This is a new position aimed at growing the children’s faith formation ministry within the church. St. John’s congregation is over 200 years old and currently has over 700 members. This position will be responsible for guiding the faith formation of children and youth by overseeing, coordinating, supporting, providing resources, training, and empowering volunteers in the areas of children and youth ministry. A bachelor’s degree in a field related to Youth Ministry or Education, and/or previous experience with children’s ministry is preferred.
