Pastor Care

The investment by clergy in Berks County is amazing! Roughly 450 clergy serve this region. We are committed to encourage pastors!  Right now, that support takes the form of one-on-one meetings, bridging connections, and ministry leader gatherings.

Meetings with Clergy

We are always delighted to spend time with the clergy that serve in Berks County! Our simple goal in a meeting is to build relationship. We enjoy hearing about your ministry and sharing the connections that we offer.

Bridging Connections

As a pastor, are you struggling with an issue at your church, or simply need a colleague to talk with or be a sounding board? We are constantly bridging connections, and likely know somebody that can lend insight or support. Please contact us!

Ministry Leader Gatherings

In 2020 we are partnering with Serving Leaders Ministries. One of the areas in which they excel are ministry leader gatherings. Ministry Leader Gatherings are designed to connect, encourage and equip ministry leaders through training, fellowship and prayer. The focus is “shepherding the hearts of shepherds” so that they can stay healthy and effective in the marathon distance run of ministry. Stay tuned for local gatherings.

“This is such a needed ministry. Thank you, again! Healthy clergy make for healthy congregations. It’s not rocket science, but attaining to it can be tough. I’m so thankful RBCC is committed to clergy health and well-being!” All blessings – David Green – Rector of St. Gabriel’s, Douglassville

“I want you to know how much I enjoyed the retreat with the other pastors this past Tuesday morning.  Thank you for continuing to coordinate these events.  Conversation during the lovely breakfast (And you really did provide a beautiful assortment of breakfast items.  Thank you for that, too.) was helpful for getting acquainted.”  – Steve Hollinger, Interim Pastor of Host Church, Bernville

“Thank you so much for the love and hard work you put into help making it a great success.  The set-up, food & beverage part was very much appreciated as well.  You are a tremendous blessing from God.” – Kerry Hicks – Supervising Chaplain, Berks Heim
