Last month I shared with you a word which Father God shared with me. “Make the Switch, See His works, and Watch your focus.” Switch, See, Watch.
I want to share with you that a couple of days ago Father gave greater clarity into His previous message.
Change your focus……Change your outcome.
These words are simple for sure but the intent is great. In changing our focus our perspective will change which will change our outcome.
When we get caught up in circumstances which may not be our own, our thought processes get confused and scattered. We tend to jump on the bandwagon without seeking His face for direction. Be still.
By changing our focus from the problems of our world to Jesus our outcome will change from fear, panic, and confusion to peace, love, and joy.
2 Corinthians 10:5 (TPT)
5 We can demolish every deceptive fantasy that opposes God and break through every arrogant attitude that is raised up in defiance of the true knowledge of God. We capture, like prisoners of war, every thought and insist that it bow in obedience to the Anointed One.
Stillness is required in us if we are to hear from the Lord. You may be saying to me that you cannot be still long enough to hear from the Lord. That the demands in your life are many even though we operate now in a stay at home order. If we continue on this route, our current focus will determine out outcome.
We are being challenged to change our ways. Father is calling for a disciplined body whose only focus is on Him and His ways. Can we say that we are in sync with God? I know that I need to tighten up because He gave the word, “Change your focus….change your outcome.”
Plain and simple……change what we ‘choose’ to focus on and in so doing our outcome will change. We have the power within us, God’s Holy Spirit, to change our outcome – all we have to do is redirect our focus.
Jesus only focused on one thing……US…..when He went to the cross. The place where focus changed the outcome. Now we can go boldly to the throne room of Grace. ALL GLORY TO OUR GOD!
The time is now…..world’s problems or God’s Kingdom solutions. The choice is ours.
Philippians 4:8 (TPT)
8 So keep your thoughts continually fixed on all that is authentic and real, honorable and admirable, beautiful and respectful, pure and holy, merciful and kind. And fasten your thoughts on every glorious work of God, praising him always.
I remain in His peace and love to serve,
