Hugh Carcella Apts at 505 N 10th Street in Reading.  We are looking for a part-time Spanish speaking cleaning person to assist residents who need help with housekeeping.  Our current cleaning person does not speak Spanish, so because about 80% of our residents are Latino, I would like to provide them with a Spanish speaking cleaning person option.  Our building serves seniors and persons with disabilities on fixed incomes.  We have efficiencies and 1 bedroom apartments.  Our current cleaning person charges $15-$20 per visit.  We have about 12 residents who need housekeeping assistance, some once a month, others twice a month, so the hours are flexible.  Anyone interested may call me at 610-320-0235.  ~ Sheila Rampolla
