Lazy Peach Pie – Robeson Lutheran Church
1 large can of sliced peaches plus juice
2/3 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 Tbs. Baking powder
pinch of salt
1 stick margarine
Heat oven to 350′. Put margarine in a deep dish pie pan or a casserole dish & place in oven until melted. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder & salt. Add milk, and stir until blended. Pour over melted margarine. Spoon peaches and juice over top of batter. Batter rises to the top to form a crust over peaches. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream
